Wenzhou Bosheng Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of automotive lamps and wiring harness which was founded in 2008 . Chang'an Ford, Chang'an Automobile, Shanghai Volkswagen, FAW Volkswagen, Great Wall Automobile, Chery Jaguar Land Rover, Shenlong Automobile, SAIC General Motors Wuling, Geely Automobile, Fiat and other well-known automobile factory are main customers of the company.
The company is located in Xixi Industrial Park, Hongqiao Town, Yueqing City, Zhejiang Province. It is adjacent to Yandang Mountain (National AAAAA Tourist Attraction), The factory has beautiful scenery around by mountains and rivers . It will take about 70 minutes from company to Wenzhou Longwan International Airport and less than 20 minutes to Shengfang Station by car，The transportation is very convenient.
The company implemented the application of ERP management tools in 2012. On this basis, it tailored and effectively implemented the comprehensive application of MES and OA office systems. It has passed ISO/TS16949:2009 quality management system certification, CCC mandatory product certification and E/e-MarK product certification of turn lights series successively. In October 2017, it passed ISO/IATF16949:2016 quality management system conversion certification. At present, the company has formed a set of standardized management, clear process, unique personality, effective enterprise management system and achieved the primary goal of scientific management, institutionalization, process and informatization.
The company has more than 200 employees, of which more than 20% are junior college and engineering technicians. The company owns five dust-free workshops of one hundred thousand grade, five assembled lines for lamps and twenty-two lines for wire harnesses. major production equipments are CNC milling machine, ultrasonic welding, automatic wire cutting press, vacuum coating machine, vibration friction welding machine, injection moulding machine and so on, testing equipments are high and low temperature test, salt spray test so on,the annual production capacity is 3 million sets of automotive lamps and wire harnesses.
